I’m never going to be satisfied with only seeing that spark in a few students: but there’s no way in hell it’s not going to encourage me.' I believe that one has to have a certain innate 'something' in order to be a great teacher.If one don't have that innate quality, it doesn't matter how hard one tries, one can only ever be a reasonable teacher. It sounds as if you have that 'something'! Good luck. I've been teaching for over 25 years and I still love going to school every day :) This speaks volumes:

And I am more than 3.2% happier on a Mac, but all my students are on PC - so I'm re-aquainting myself with the wonderful world of Windows 7. And I must admit (some teething issues with our schools roll-out aside) - 7 is a lot better than I expected. Fact of the matter is that I’m almost entirely bi-lingual.
